a chronic disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain, profound fatigue, sleep disturbances, and cognitive issues (“fibro fog”). A condition where the nervous system becomes more sensitive and processes pain signals differently, which can make pain feel stronger or more constant than expected. While no cure exists, management includes medication, exercise, and lifestyle changes.
